15ml pre-topcoat texture and glitter smoother. Apply on mostly dry polish in an even layer, wait 5-10 minutes and apply any quick dry topcoat. Can be applied in multiple coats after previous layer is mostly dry. Dries completely clear and becomes glassy under top coat.
Opalites require a glitter smoother to look their best.
