My botanicals (flowers, plants, natural botanical pigments) are in the following categories 1) grown and harvested locally by me 2) sourced from edible, organic farms.

Crushed opals are ethically sourced, both environmentally and labor. They are lab grown by a small family business who specializes in this trade.

Lunar meteorite dust is sourced from one of my pigment suppliers as well as individual meteorite sellers.

Short answer - yes. My polish base and pigments are vegan and cruelty free. My natural ingredients are all ethically sourced. I include vegan candies in most of my orders. Any animal or insect materials will be sourced through ethical and traceable means. Meaning, creatures that have died through natural means and were gathered from nature after their death. Anything containing animal products will be clearly identified in the product listing.

Sometimes. If you make multiple orders I can on occasion combine shipping and refund you any overages. This is not always possible and I appreciate your understanding.

I don't take returns, due to sanitary reasons. If anything is not right or as expected about your HoPL product please don't hesitate to reach out through email. If you have an item damaged in transit, just send me a photo and we can figure out if a refund/discount code/or replacement is right for you. If your mail is lost in transit, please let me know so I can file a missing mail search and we can figure out a solution for you.

We are hand mixing and bottling in Los Angeles, California.
